Her story

We're led by Bianca Diorio — a Montrealer with twenty years of experience as a professional photographer, business owner and real estate investor, who traveled the world with a camera in hand before falling in love with Puerto Morelos.

In 2021 she began building her real estate portfolio here, and not long after made the move official — packing up her little family and immigrating to this beautiful town for good. She went on to earn her real estate certification and channel a deep passion for investments and long-term wealth building into every client relationship. Today, her mission is to help others do the same: find their place on the Mexican Caribbean and make it home.

Our discipline is helping foreign buyers acquire their dream home in Mexico — and walking with them through every step of the process. Buying property here as a foreigner involves trusts (fideicomisos), permits, immigration questions, and on-the-ground logistics that can feel overwhelming from afar. We make it simple. From the first showing through closing and beyond, we coordinate a trusted network of bilingual lawyers, notaries, immigration specialists, and property managers so our clients always have the right person at the right moment — and a single point of contact they can rely on.
